What counts as a billable lead?+

A billable lead is a genuine inbound call from a prospective customer in your service area and trade, regardless of whether they book. Calls outside your trade or service area, wrong numbers, spam, robocalls, and repeat calls from the same number within 24 hours are not billed. Very short calls under your minimum-duration threshold are also excluded automatically.

How fast can I start getting calls?+
